The space, in plain numbers

Our hall holds up to 257 guests, which covers everything from an intimate ceremony to a full reception with a dance floor. Every booking comes with the room, tables and chairs set for your headcount, base table linen, our LED dance floor and party lighting, and post-event cleaning. The cleaning is inside your quote, not a charge that turns up afterward.

There is plenty of free parking outside, and the venue has a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot and restroom.

Weddings and receptions

We host weddings across every tradition in the DFW area — Indian and South Asian ceremonies, Mexican and Latin celebrations, church receptions and civil ceremonies. A podium, stage, microphones and sound system are available, so a ceremony and reception can run in the same space without hiring separate AV. Sparklers and cold spark effects are permitted for grand entrances and first dances — a lot of venues say no to that outright.

Quinceañeras and Sweet 16s

The LED dance floor is the reason families keep coming back for these. It is included, not an upgrade. There is room for the vals, the court, the presentation and a full dinner service, and our team is used to working alongside outside decorators and DJs. “The dance floor was super fun and colorful! Corporate events and ceremonies

Meetings, training days, award nights, holiday parties, retirement and military ceremonies. Stage, podium, microphones and sound are on site, catering comes from whoever you choose, and setup times are arranged directly with us — including early morning access when your event starts before noon.

Birthdays, graduations and private parties

Milestone birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, baby and bridal showers, family reunions and religious celebrations. Outside catering is welcome — any cuisine, any time — so you are never forced onto a venue menu.

Food and bar

Bring the caterer you already trust, or ask us for a recommendation. For drinks you have both options: we have a bar on site and hold a licence to serve alcohol, and you are also welcome to bring your own alcohol to be served. Tell us which way you want to run it.
