How many guests can the venue hold?
Our hall accommodates up to 257 guests. Tell us your headcount and event type and we will confirm the best floor layout for your number.
What is included in the rental?
Every booking includes the event hall, tables and chairs set for your guest count, and our LED dance floor and party lighting. See our What’s Included page for the full list.
Is the LED dance floor an extra charge?
No. The LED dance floor and party lighting are part of every rental — it comes standard with the room, for every event.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes — tables and chairs come with the rental, set up for your guest count. If you want specialty linen, charger plates or upgraded place settings, tell us and we will quote those separately.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Outside catering is welcome — you are free to bring the caterer you already know and trust. If your menu involves open-flame or fried cooking on site, mention it when you book so we can plan the setup with you.
Do you allow alcohol? Is there a bar?
Both options are open to you. We have a bar on site and hold a license to serve alcohol, so we can run the bar for your event. You are also welcome to bring your own alcohol to be served. Tell us which you prefer and we will set it up.
Is a podium, stage, microphone and sound system available?
Yes — podium, stage, microphones and sound system are all available. This makes the room a straightforward fit for wedding ceremonies, quinceañera presentations, retirement and military ceremonies, corporate presentations and award nights.
Are sparklers and cold sparks allowed?
Yes. Sparkler and cold-spark effects are permitted at Silverstar — grand entrances, first dances and cake moments included.
Booking & visiting
Booking, tours and the practical part
Can we tour the venue before booking?
Yes — we would love to show you the room. Tours are by appointment, seven days a week, so someone is there to walk you through layouts for your guest count. Call or text 469-885-7684 to set a time.
What time can our decorator get in to set up?
Setup time is coordinated directly with the venue. Early access for decorators and vendors is routine here — if your ceremony starts in the morning and your team needs to be in at dawn, tell us when you book and we will arrange it.
Is there parking, and is it free?
Yes. There is plenty of parking outside the venue and all of it is free. Your guests will not pay for parking or hunt for a space.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Silverstar has a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot and restroom.
How do we book, and what are the payment terms?
A deposit secures your date, with the balance due before your event. We put the full breakdown in writing before you commit to anything. We accept credit and debit cards.
How much does it cost?
Every event is quoted individually, because the date and guest count genuinely change the number — weekdays, Fridays and Sundays are priced lower than peak Saturdays. Send us your date and guest count and we will send your pricing back quickly. Call or text 469-885-7684.
What kinds of events do you host?
Weddings and receptions, including Indian, South Asian, Mexican and Latin ceremonies. Quinceañeras and Sweet 16s. Corporate meetings, training days, award nights and holiday parties. Birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, baby and bridal showers, family reunions, retirement and military ceremonies, and religious celebrations.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
Silverstar Event Center, 2680 Denton Tap Rd, Suite 107, Lewisville, TX 75067. We are open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week, and events run to your schedule. Tours are by appointment — get in touch to arrange a walkthrough of the space.
